THE RISING CENTER 1-800-375-RAPE (7273)
The Rising Center provides support to survivors of all forms of sexual violence: sexual assault, sand exual abuse. These services include a 24-hour crisis line, medical advocacy, legal advocacy and individual, group, family and/or group counseling. The Rising Center also offers community education and a volunteer program.
THE SEWELL CENTER
(24-hours a day, 7 days a week)
Provides assessment, intervention, and stabilization services for families whose youth are identified with an emotional/behavioral crisis that exceeds current resources and/or are currently at risk of psychiatric hospitalization or out of home placement. The Sewell Center also provides consultation and education to community agencies regarding specific cases, crisis intervention techniques and program planning. Service coordination to children and their families who are in crisis is also available.

Qualified Mental Health Professionals are available after-hours to provide on-site, face-to-face suicide assessments, crisis intervention and support, including finding other resources throughout the County that may also be needed. Crossroads is located at 118 Willies Way in Hazard, Ky.
