The Mission of the Housing Options Division of KRCC, Inc. is to increase availability of and access to safe, decent, and affordable housing for families in the Kentucky River Region. We further commit to contribute to the development of healthy local communities by increasing housing opportunities, increasing employment opportunities, improving living standards, decreasing homelessness, and strengthening local economies by investing our knowledge, income and resources.

Since 2007, we have developed several apartment complexes, including:
- Ivy Court Apartments, Rose Building Apartments, Dahlia Court Apartments and Pin Oak in Breathitt County.
- Marigold Apartments in Lee County.
- Eilerman Apartments in Owsley County.
- Sun Valley Apartments and Linden Tree Apartments in Knott County.
- Rose Circle Apartments and Back Street Apartments in Wolfe County.
- Lilac Court Apartments in Letcher County.
A 17-unit apartment building that provides independent living for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, who have the skills necessary to live independently and require limited assistance with daily living skills.
CANEY CREEK REHABILITATION COMPLEX (CCRC)
CCRC is a specialized personal care facility that offers 24 hour direct care services for adults with severe mental illnesses. Residents practice interpersonal
skills daily living skills, and learn work skills and how to manage their illness. The goal is to help each person achieve the most independent living environment possible.
CCRC Assertive Community Treatment
The Assertive Community Treatment is a program that provides services to individuals in the community that have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness.
Services are provided by a team of professionals with backgrounds in social work, rehabilitation, counseling, nursing and psychiatry. ACT is an evidenced based practice which has been extensively researched and evaluated and has proven clinical and cost effective.
A residential independent living program for adults with a serious mental illness, who possess daily living skills but may benefit from additional support.
SUPPORTED COMMUNITY LIVING (SCL)
Provides 24-hour supervision and training in activities such as laundry, routine household care, self- care, shopping, money management, and socialization and leisure activities. No more than three individuals receiving waiver services can live in any single residential setting.
